Asia Gardens Hotel & Thai Spa, A Royal Hideaway Hotel, Finestrat

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious, clean, and serviced regularly to a high standard, but the noise from the heated pool area with lots of kids was a drawback. The service was polite and welcoming, although there were occasional communication issues. The location amidst beautiful tropical gardens was a highlight, but being far from other dining options was a downside. The dining experience offered a good variety of choices, resembling more of a North American resort than a European one.

My stay at the hotel was truly amazing, with fabulous rooms and a wide range of activities to enjoy. The service was top-notch, ensuring my family and I had a wonderful experience. The location was stunning, surrounded by beautiful gardens and excellent pools. However, the dining experience fell short with rude staff and billing errors. The facilities were impressive, offering everything needed for a luxurious stay.

The hotel offers very nice rooms with different levels of opulence, but issues with flooding and lack of resolution affected the experience. The service had a more relaxed attitude and could benefit from improved communication skills. The location, with its stunning tropical plantings, is a good distance from Benidorm, and the dining experience, while well-presented, can be overpriced. Facilities were satisfactory but not exceptional.
